COMPANY PROFILE Scarborough Real Estate, a commercial real estate company, was formed by Gordon Scarborough in January of 1973. At that time, the company's business concentrated on site acquisitions for Pizza Hut, Gulf Oil, and Burger King. Gordon was instrumental in the development of a network of professional relationships and ultimately the success of Scarborough Real Estate. He remained active in the business until his untimely death in March of 1995 from ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease. ) Scarborough Real Estate continues to specialize in tenant representation as well as the sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties. Our company exclusively represents T-Mobile, Bright Now Dental and Texas Roadhouse in the Greater Houston area. Other clients include CVS Pharmacy and McDonald's. Our company has also done business with Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's, Chevron USA, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut and Kinko's.
Jeffrey R. Scarborough Jeff Scarborough joined Scarborough Real Estate in October 1990 after working for Fuller Commercial Brokerage as a retail leasing agent for three years. In January 1994, Jeff assumed the management of Scarborough Real Estate. Jeff specializes in site location for our clients and oversees the management and day to day operations of the company. His expertise comes from years of experience and a superior knowledge of the industry. Jeff understands the value of persistence. This combined with his proficiency gives him the cutting edge surpassing his clients expectations. Jeff graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1986 receiving a B.B.A. in Management with a concentration in Real Estate. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Vice President of the Fort Bend County LID 17 - Telfair Board. He enjoys hunting and fishing and is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA).
Ryan Lankford Ryan
Lankford is an Associate with Scarborough Real Estate specializing in project
leasing and project development. His primary focus is the leasing of community
and neighborhood retail centers throughout Texas, with a special emphasis on
Houston and Corpus Christi. He and his fiancé Tarryn are members of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys fishing the gulf coast, working on his house and attending Aggie football games.
